DCS: Fw 190 D-9: "Black < 1" of Stab/JG 4

 DCS 2.X Compatible!

Includes:
- Versions with and without swastika
- Completely remade normal and specular maps
- Completely remade weathering
- Texture files are less compressed and higher quality (Minimal to no effect on performance or loading times, though larger filesize in return)

Installation:

#1 Unzip folder to Your DCS installation folder/Bazar/Liveries/FW-190D9
#2 In skin folder, choose .lua file from two sub-folders for swastika or clean and copy file to skin folder with other files (Default .lua file is for swastika!)
#3 In DCS, select "Payload" tab in Mission Planner and select the skin from the Paint Scheme dropmenu below

DCS: Fw 190 D-9: "Black 3" of II./JG 6

DCS 2.X Compatible!

Revisited earlier work, fixed a bunch of mistakes and included omissions.

Alongside several other JG 6 planes, worn-out "601090"/"601095" (Interestingly, the plane actually carries both serial numbers, -90 marked port side, -95 starboard.) was surrendered to US troops at Halle, May 8th, 1945.

- Completely remade normal and specular maps
- Completely remade weathering
- Texture files are less compressed and higher quality (Minimal to no effect on performance or loading times, though larger filesize in return)

Installation:

#1 Unzip folder to Your DCS installation folder/Bazar/Liveries/FW-190D9
#2 In skin folder, choose .lua file from two sub-folders for swastika or clean and copy file to skin folder with other files (Default .lua file is for swastika!)

DCS: Fw 190 D-9: "Black 4" of II./JG 6

"211939" was one of the D-9's surrendered to 10th PRG at Fürth, May 8th, 1945. Run by it's new owners and shown next to "211934" (Found HERE) in the photographs below.

DCS: Fw 190 D-9: Gerhard Barkhorn's "Black < 5-+-" of Stab/JG 6

 DCS 2.X Compatible!

Assigned as Geschwaderkommodore of JG 6 in early 1945, Barkhorn flew the Dora on the Eastern Front until his medical leave, after which he joined JV 44 under Adolf Galland. Like with all of his planes, "Christl" is written just below the canopy.

DCS: Fw 190 D-9: Doras of 8./JG 6 - "Blue 12"

DCS 2.X Compatible!

Heavily repaired and touched-up "500570" surrendered at Fürth. Extensively documented on colour films and both b&w and colour photographs.

Dora "500636" found abandoned at Bindlach-Bayreuth airfield in May 1945, possibly belonging to JG 2.
